JAN & DEAN — Promoting Jan Berry and Dean Torrence Online . . . From late '50s R&B, to Surf, and the Psychedelic era . . . Jan & Dean produced 26 chart singles between 1958 and 1966 (16 of which were Top 40 hits on Billboard and Cash Box). Four of their albums also made the Top 40. From 1966 onward, Jan & Dean made new music separately . . . and occasionally together. They hit the road again in the late '70s, during Jan's high-profile fight to overcome the effects of traumatic brain injury. They toured consistenly throughout the '80s and '90s, and into the new millennium. Following Jan Berry's untimely death in March 2004, Dean continues to honor the music with live concert appearances.
