The ring was founded by the Living Universe Foundation, which is a grass roots movement for the development of ecologically sound technologies for healing the Earth and colonizing the oceans and space. This ring contains sites belonging to members of the foundation, and websites dedicated to science, technologies, projects, or societies interested in ocean and space colonization.
